Pamela started her successful Ponsonby-based Coaching Psychology Consultancy in 2004. Since that time she has helped many clients from different walks of life and the consultancy has grown steadily through word of mouth.

She combines expertise gleaned from a degree in psychology with ongoing training and extensive personal and professional experience motivating and helping people reach their goals.

Pamela’s natural enthusiasm for life, and warm, compassionate personality helps clients feel comfortable and at ease. She has always seen challenges as an opportunity to learn and change for the better. Pamela brings this philosophy to her consultancy, and firmly believes that no matter how daunting life can seem, there is always a way forward, and with help, anyone can live a happy and fulfilling life.
